She told me that it would be at least 1 1/2 hr wait. After being checked in I asked Crystal if there was a room with vending machines & a microwave because I didn't get a chance to heat my lunch. She said there were vending machines but no microwave but if I wanted she could heat my food. Crystal made it so I didn't mind the wait for my service to be completed. Above and beyond ! More
