Over the last few years Ms Samderson has handled all of my requests for service. She listens patiently to my reasons for bringing the car in for service and explains to me what should be done. She is friendly knowledgeable, and gives me confidence that the right work will be done correctly. She told me that it would be at least 1 1/2 hr wait. After being checked in I asked Crystal if there was a room with vending machines & a microwave because I didn't get a chance to heat my lunch. She said there were vending machines but no microwave but if I wanted she could heat my food. Crystal made it so I didn't mind the wait for my service to be completed. Above and beyond ! More
