Ms. Dallas was responsive to customer incentives I had shared from my prior Toyota Service Department, Toyota Scion of Greenville SC, where they price-matched any reputable repair shop, had customer computers, mailed Toyota bucks to customers based off service frequency and repair costs, and gave detailed color service reports with your receipt.
