I BOUGHT MY CAR/signed paperwork E-sign 11/6/26 Because it took them 6 days to call me back after taking my $3000 deposit on 11/01/26. They would not return my calls. I live In Missouri, if a dealership fails to deliver the title within 30 days you are entitled to a refund or other remedies under the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act or other laws. Maryland laws may also apply since the purchase was made there. Under Missouri law (Section 407.020 RSMo), failing to deliver a title can be considered an unfair practice. You may be eligible for a refund or other relief. In Maryland, the Motor Vehicle Administration regulates vehicle sales, and failure to provide a title is a serious issue (MD Transp. Code Ann. § 15- Despite multiple attempts to contact your dealership, the issue remains unresolved. I will take this as far as I need to.
