Today I brought home my FOURTH car (a 2026 Cypress green Corolla Cross) that David has sold me. ALL winners! Even though the last one was twenty years ago, when I saw he was still at what was then called Ru Corolla Cross) that David has sold me. ALL winners! The 2006 Envy green series 3.0 Scion xB was totaled in a not my fault accident two weeks ago, I got in touch. He was sad to hear about the Scion, but more worried how I was. Yes, he remembered me!! And I especially remembered the kindness and the looking out for me in the past. I'm his pain in the neck got to have green girl and he produces every time. Walking in this morning welcomed with a big hug, it was like I was home. I've even sent my significant other to David Day and he bought two cars from him. HIGHLY recommend the BEST salesman this dealership has. More

Awful service, Overcharged. I took a car for recalibration the height sensor and it should be 1 - 2 hrs job. Charged for diagnosis $230, then the Service advisor (Sa....) came b I took a car for recalibration the height sensor and it should be 1 - 2 hrs job. Charged for diagnosis $230, then the Service advisor (Sa....) came back and told me for almost $850 for reprogramming! I was shocked. I asked her that the parts were working fine, right? The reason I asked her was I knew they were working. The air compressor still inflated or deflated the air bags with the new height sensors I put them on. She said "Yes", Time went by, she then came back to me that I needed to replace the new sensor plus a new air compressor another $2.3k (total almost $3100). That was absurd and deceitful. I then told her not to continue, just gave me a car back. When I got a car back, (still charged me slightly over $850) the clip on the fuse box cover side went missing and the metal stand behind the fuse box was not in slot. This is the worst service I have ever received in my life. I planned to buy a new Toyota here in a year or 2 but this is a red flag, and they will never get my business ever again. Please do your own research and if you feel that it is not right, stop right there and trust your own guts not to continue. Go somewhere else. Terrible service!!! If there is 0 star or negative, I will promptly give them. More
