I received a call same day from the service manger not Mr. Wiggington as I requested not to deal with him anymore. They took the car for Maryland Inspection and the chip is so tiny it would not cause the car not to pass Maryland Inspection. I will not be responsible for the chipped windshield and my insurance will not be charged. I appreciate that, however, that does not change the encounter and my treatment by this one individual who not only was nasty, but also inconvenienced me by making me switch vehicles that didn't need to be switched. I do appreciate the same day call though.
