Part of the reason for the pain was my schedule: I work the graveyard shift, so it's difficult for me to do things during normal business hours. Firstly, she always accommodated me, whether it was responding promptly to texts I sent at inconvenient hours, to calling me to leave a message as soon as there was an update (and sometimes to let me know that they were still waiting on a part), to arranging a good time for me to bring in my car. I have found few other places and employees who go out of their way to ease a customer's experience. Secondly, the most unexpected, yet also most useful assistance was her managing to procure a courtesy vehicle while mine was in the shop. Since I must drive to work, I would have had to rent a car or try to ride share, but of which would have been extremely inconvenient. She definitely has kept this customer coming back to Heritage Subaru for any and all car repair issues! More

I was able to get my vehicle right in at the scheduled time. Everything was explained and she made sure I understood everything that was going to happen with the appointment. I was escorted to the waiting area and was communicated to what refreshment options that were available as well as the internet access to connect to.
