First time going to Heritage Subaru I recently moved to Baltimore area and knew I would need to find a new subaru dealership in my area. I was of course hesitant since I was so used to my previous dealership and knowing everyone really well there. From pulling my car into to leaving, I had nothing but great customer services and was greeted with a smile by everyone. I have to give praise to the really kind service advisor I worked with. Today I was helped by Lejuan Robinson. She was so helpful and sweet during the whole process. I came in just thinking I was going to get an oil change but she let me know several lights were burnt out and I was due for a tire rotation. Her approach was never pushy and she just offered me all the options to best fit my needs and budget. I felt so respected and cared for during my visit today. I will make sure to ask to work with Lejuan in the future because of this great experience! 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend! Huge thank you to the team at Heritage Subaru that helped me today. More

Jennifer goes above and beyond! We brought in a five-year-old Forester with nearly 100,000 miles on it that was consuming oil. We'd read about Subaru's program to extend the warranty We brought in a five-year-old Forester with nearly 100,000 miles on it that was consuming oil. We'd read about Subaru's program to extend the warranty on some Foresters to deal with this known problem; ours was part of that program. Jennifer walked us through the repairs that would be required. We were worried that Subaru might not honor the extended warranty in light of the heavy mileage on our car. Jennifer made sure to double-check with the powers that be and reassured us that our Forester would be covered by the program. In the end, we decided to trade in the Forester for a new Crosstrek, with some expert sales help from May Farris. And there, too, Jennifer was extremely helpful with a tire issue that cropped up the day we drove the new car home. Jennifer kept us in the loop at all times; she was friendly and efficient; and we felt we had an advocate in her when it came to dealing with the warranty issue. Thank you, Jennifer! Lejuan Robinson was my service advisor the last time I was at Heritage. She is awesome. She keeps a lot of xxxxx in the air (dealing with various different custome was my service advisor the last time I was at Heritage. She is awesome. She's fast, she gives updates while you wait, she explains when a person doesn't quite understand something and she seems to enjoy her work all the while. She has a gentle sense of humor. As a company, you should make sure that you keep Lejuan happy because she's the kind of person that creates customer loyality. More
