Heritage keeps me coming back!!! I've written before and here I am again. I've been coming to Heritage since 2003. I'm in my 4th Subaru (my 3rd Forester) and, every time I need servic I've written before and here I am again. I've been coming to Heritage since 2003. I'm in my 4th Subaru (my 3rd Forester) and, every time I need service or a new car I travel about 20 miles from Timonium to Catonsville to Heritage Subaru because the service is excellent and I feel I'm being treated as a "member of the family" rather than a mere customer. There is a Subaru dealership 4 blocks from my home but, the employees of Heritage keep me coming back. When Steve Sherman learns I'm in the market for a new car he makes sure (working with his colleagues) that I get the best deal possible. His concern never ends with the sale but, he always follows up afterwards to be sure everything is working out as hoped. I always stop by to see Warren Baldwin in parts even I don't need to purchase anything because he is always glad to see me and is willing to take a minute to see how I'm doing and catch up on sports. But, my heart lies with Lejaun Robinson. She treats me like her "adopted papa" and makes sure every visit to service is on time and all required maintenance is completed. Because of her I never have to call back with a complaint that something was overlooked. In summary, the warmth and personal quality of sales and service of my friends at Heritage...KEEPS ME COMING BACK!!! More

Excellent service I brought my 2013 Subaru Outback in for a routine oil change. The technician noticed heavy wear and minor damage on the engine's serpentine belt. Shou I brought my 2013 Subaru Outback in for a routine oil change. The technician noticed heavy wear and minor damage on the engine's serpentine belt. Should this belt break, the vehicle is inoperable and would need to be towed. After conferring with service advisor, Jennifer Cahill, I decided to replace the belt. This was done in less that 30 min. Definitely "An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure". More

Great Coutious Service As an out of town visitor I was treated like a lifelong customer. I was worked into their schedule and offered refreshments.
