To the surprise of myself and the dealership, the repair turned out to be much more than anyone imagined. Due to the complex nature of the repair, it took longer than anticipated. Jennifer, my representative at the dealership, offered excellent customer service. She always returned my messages and kept me updated on the status of the repair while reassuring me that my car would be fixed as promised. Overall I was extremely pleased with the customer service and support I received throughout this experience. I would highly recommend this Subaru dealership. More
