Best Subaru Service I Have Ever Received I have owned three Subaru Outbacks (2000, 2008, 2018) This is the first time I have purchased from Heritage. I have been very impressed with Heritage so far and expect to continue to receive 5-star in the future. Their set up with a personal service assistant is very helpful and you know that there will be no mix up or confusion about the needed service because your personal service assistant puts it directly into the computer while you are describing your concerns and takes the time to truly clarify any issues or questions you may have.. The personal service assistant is very knowledgeable and professional yet friendly. He or she (I have had each) will go the extra mile and consult one of the service managers if needed before finalizing your order. He or she will then go over in detail what he has entered into the computer and ask you if there is anything he needs to change. As I said, it is the very best service I have ever received during the 18 years I have owned Subaru Outbacks. More

Service with a smile I arrived early for my appointment and Jennifer greeted me with a smile and pleasant attitude.
