She really needs to be terminated from this place I mean I’m disappointed oh how someone the same color as me talk to me like she crazy totally unacceptable when y’all messed up my vehicle came in for a recall repair for my tail light which is not even replaced or corrected then I leave instantly my car overheated and broke down I bring it back the service tech was gone when I spot to him 30 prior it just don’t make sense how the service close at 7pm and all the service techs was gone by 5:50pm this sounds like some fishy business how u say I have a recommendation for a radiator I Leave my car instantly overheats on the way home bring it back in u say they wrote on the paper radiator crack when no one ever say anything about my radiator being cracked one of there tech broke my car and trying to find a way to cover his xxx let me tell u this will be the last of this scamming place will touch my vehicle worst place ever and the said part is this is ur local Subaru dealer More
How to correct a mistake I took my 2018 Subaru Outback in for 2 recalls, and I had a 9:30 appointment. When I picked it up at the end of the day they had failed to complete t I took my 2018 Subaru Outback in for 2 recalls, and I had a 9:30 appointment. When I picked it up at the end of the day they had failed to complete the service or call to inform me. The next day, the manager called and apologized and made every effort to correct the mistake. They picked the car up at my house, fixed it, and returned it. Thank you Ryan for making things right. More

If you are planning to buy Subaru, please review my experience with this dealer's experience: The service is to recall Takata airbag. I made an appointment on 03/08/2019 and was told it took around two hours to replace the airbag, it is until 4:30PM that the service adviser called informing that the job cannot be done and it will be complete by noon time next day. I called next day to the service, nobody answered the phone even I left message and no any returned phone call. The third day, I called, still no body answered and no returned call either. I had to borrowed a car and drove to dealer at noon time ( my lunch break time) and finally was able to talk a service adviser, and it turned out my car has not been taken care of after more that 36 hours !!! I talked to an adviser and asked him this airbag recall has been in news for many years and how this recall was so late. I was told there no enough supply of airbag. I just wonder why Subura put passage in danger they already knew the defect airbag call cause fatal injury. I have been with this dealer for oil change and tire rotation for five time, each time they either fail to put back the tire lid or returned the car with dirty look even their service listed car wash. More

Although I was very disappointed with the failure of my radio and GPS system and the length of time for a replacement I was very appreciative with how Although I was very disappointed with the failure of my radio and GPS system and the length of time for a replacement I was very appreciative with how my issue was handled by the service department. The representative Joshua Colon was very responsive and gave me accurate information on when I could expect the replacement part. When I expressed disappointment with the length of time, my issue was escalated to the manager, Ryan Morse, who offered me a loaner while I waited for the part. Although I didn't take the loaner I really appreciated his willingness to help me. When the part arrived Joshua kept me informed of the installation progress and insured that the installation was coordinated with SiriusXM to activated the new radio. Also, Kevin Riebert, the Product Specialist helped me with and issue with my GPS. All three of these gentlemen handled my issues with professionalism. More
