Every visit to this dealer is pleasurable. The customer waiting room is clean and comfortable. The TV is on and the volume is at a comfortable level, not blasting too loud as I've heard in other waiting ar waiting room is clean and comfortable. She also noticed tire wear that she guessed indicated an alignment might be in order. As the car is four years old and has not had an alignment yet, her observation was entirely correct. Each time I visit, it is obvious the techs take care as well. It was suggested I have my brake and transmission fluids changed as I was a year past the suggested dates for those services. The brake fluid was showing signs of "old age", and I would much rather pay attention to it now than after it becomes a big issue. More

As always, he's professional, kind, and direct, focusing on the customer's goals and ensuring they can do what is necessary to ensure satisfaction. Everyone is approachable and I have never felt like I was being pushed in one direction or another in all of my purchases (now 3) with Heritage. More

Increasingly poor service ending in disaster Having bought my Subaru from this dealership (then Russel), as it aged, I assumed that the dealer would be the BEST service to enhance the Subaru Fore Having bought my Subaru from this dealership (then Russel), as it aged, I assumed that the dealer would be the BEST service to enhance the Subaru Forester's legendary longevity. Starting last year, there were experiences with lack of accurate communication, missed deadlines and, worse, endangerment to my safety in the way that Heritage serviced the car. While I was willing to pay for the higher price of service for these issues they said were necessary (new rack and pinion as well as steering pump), getting an accurate diagnosis as well as repair stretched over many weeks. The same symptoms as LOSS of tight steering appeared. At my last visits, I urged them to fully check out the AC/Heat system. Several weeks later the AC belt broke and hit the Timing Belt and within minutes the engine was fatally damaged. I now have a well-cared for 2002 Forester with only 125,000 miles, no rust, clean interior and lots of new parts that sits on a lot and is worth little. All preventable, but not from Heritage Subaru Service. More
