DO NO GO THERE! would put 0 stars Do NOT buy from these people, more than likely you'll get a vehicle (even if you get a "deal") with problems right when you get home. I wish I read reviews before we traveled there to buy bc most people have the same complaints as me. Which is problems with their vehicle as soon as they got it home. I had my car less that a week and I'm almost $400 worth of fixes with 2 different mechanic shops. They knew about the issues and neglected to say so, they are cliche scoundrel dealers and you're better off going somewhere else. Starting with calling them; we requested more pictures specifically of the interior and the dealer said he wouldn't be able to do that for some cockamamy reason but he said he'd look at it and let us know what he saw. He said there was a little stain on the roof but everything else was in great shape. We live 3 1/2 hours away so we went there to buy it. there were countless stains and scratches all over the interior and when I got inside I noticed right off that the door was broken where the arm rests and when I said so, the dealer acted "stupid" as if he had no idea it was broken. Now when I got home with it the very next day the belts started squealing and then we got a rain storm and the sun roof started leaking. When I called, the dealer did the typical BS talk, I told him that my mechanic found someone used belt lubricant spray on the serpentine belt and gunked up everything around it and would take a couple hours to get it cleaned and then replace the belt. When I told dealer he said that it wasn't his problem. I'm not stupid I know they didn't want to replace the belt (it was stock) so they sprayed belt lubricant on it to make sure it didn't squeal during a test drive. YOU DO NOT WANT TO BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, they do not care about selling a quality vehicle they only care about getting money. More

I wasn't sure what type of vehicle I wanted or could afford and after looking at many different options I never felt rushed or pushed into any vehicle. The only thing I had a problem with was my car not even 30 days after I got my car my car had a leak on inside, and my car had a problem in the dashboard where it is making a banging noise from the a/c my 30 days after I got my car my car had a leak on inside, and my car had a problem in the dashboard where it is making a banging noise from the a/c my car had zero oil life, and my back window sounds like it's going to break. When I went back to the dealership to address these problems the only thing they did was suck the water out of my carpet because they claim that my carpet was cleaned with too much water. They did not want to do any further work they said that they would have to charge me. I would never get a car from Heratige again or refer them to anybody I should have listened when people told me not to go to them and go to car max or priority because they care about their customers they have more warranties and they would have address these issues. Now I am stuck for five years with a car that have problems and probably will continue to have problems. This statement has nothing to do with the friendliness of my sales agent. Overall he did a great job with helping me get a car but I feel as if Heratige has lemon cars. Hopefully I will total my car soon so I can get another car because I hate this car. More

I've never been happier. Rodney Nelson had me in my dream truck within 1 hour. I visited 7 different dealerships in Virginia Beach and Hampton area and none of them could get me in the car I wanted. I knew I would never get approved for an F-350 with 50,000 miles and I told Rodney my experiences with other dealerships and how they denied me because my credit is very poor. He promised me that before I left, I would be in the truck that I wanted. Sure enough he talked to the manger and the bank and got me approved in 30 minutes. 30 minutes after my approval and signing papers, he handed me the keys. I've visited Heritage Motor Company 2 months prior to this and talked with a different salesman and got denied, but somehow Rodney was able to get me in truck truck of my dreams. So if you have bad credit and you need a car, ask for Rodney Nelson. He shows a great amount of experience and is the only honest dealer I've met. More
