This dealership shams people regularly from what I’ve seen. Unfortunately my wife and I fell victim to shady practices. They have what they call a fifty fifty warranty for 30 days. However, be skeptical I had my wife’s car checked by a dealership that we’ve used for five plus years (Suttle Motors) fantastic peoples but anyways turns out they told us the Cadillac we bought at heritage had a differential leak and recommended a reseal at a price of about a grand. Cool called Heritage Motors was told to bring it to them their Mechanic who is on their salary hmmm would check it. Their mechanic claimed there was no leak it was old dried up oil and they wiped it off everything good to go. I looked under the car and saw what look like a leak they claimed it was brake fluid from cleaning the old stuff off. Took it back to my Technician at Suttle who put it on the lift and had me walk back and guess what there’s a leak. No surprise needless to say Heritage expected me to trust their Mechanic who lied said there was no issue to fix the car or they wouldn’t cover anything. Cool wife and I handled it out one grand but at least we can afford it and the work will be done right. Stay clear of this dealership unless you have the money for repairs because there will be repairs. We had the car a day and found this issue… More

They Sold me a Car with a broken transmission, they claimed that it was a syncro problem and are unable to get them in and I contacted the owner and his response to prior mehcnaics checking the car out claimed that it was a syncro problem and are unable to get them in and I contacted the owner and his response to prior mehcnaics checking the car out was that its invalid and that a brand new transmission would cost $26,000. This is a phoney buisness and they have zero customer respect. DO NOT SHOP HERE, -Still I am unable to know anything about my car and they just tell me if I take them to court they would win. More
My experience with this dealership was great. They seem to be smaller, "boutique" shop with no-nonsense pricing. There were minimal fees, and no upsells to an "extended" warranty or unnecessary add-ons ("u to be smaller, "boutique" shop with no-nonsense pricing. There were minimal fees, and no upsells to an "extended" warranty or unnecessary add-ons ("undercoating"), which was great. They were quick to setup a pre-purchase inspection with a local private shop that specializes, and their assessment of the car matched that of the shop. Branden coordinated a loan with the local credit union with a very competitive rate, and even picked me up from the airport late on a Saturday after my flight was canceled. All in a positive experience for a very clean car, exactly as described. More

STAY AWAY. Deception, Bed Bugs, shady used car dealer tricks, Heritage Motors has it all I purchased a Porsche from them in October and was extremely disappointed in the transaction. I will save you f tricks, Heritage Motors has it all I purchased a Porsche from them in October and was extremely disappointed in the transaction. I will save you from all the details but below are the serious issues faced in the first day. As a remote buyer in Texas, I informed them I would be driving the car 1200 miles home, and needed to rely on Toni's description of the condition of the car. -Kept my deposit: I provided my credit card to hold the car until the check arrived from my bank, they charged the deposit even after receiving the check which was overnighted.. -Bed bugs: Arriving home I found bed bugs climbing around the interior, disgusting! -Bad Alignment: Passenger side tire filled to 60psi, all the others were 35 psi, after removing the extra air in that tire, now the car pulls to the right. This is an old trick to make a car drive straight, covering up a bad alignment. -Major engine vacuum leak, Toni claimed their mechanic repaired before I left, in fact I paid more for the car because of the repair. Unfortunately I discovered a massive vacuum leak I temporarily repaired in a parking lot, I saw no evidence of any previous repairs.. -Couldn't pass TX inspection: I had to spend hundreds of dollars to get it to pass TX inspection, not sure how this thing passed VA inspection.. I have spent $2000 so far on getting this thing into driveable condition, and while I did have a mechanic inspect the vehicle prior to purchase, and we identified many of the major mechanical issues including the vacuum leak, Heritage Motors deception of the vehicle condition is extremely disappointing. I spoke with the GM Chase after arriving home and asked that they assist with making the vacuum leak right by providing the parts, he declined. Oh yea it also ran out of oil on the side of the highway. Maybe broken down, hood up at the side of the road is part of the Heritage Motors experience! More
I recently purchased a SUV from this company last week. prior to purchasing it I spoke to the sales woman Toni. She stated the truck was in perfect condition and nothing was wrong with the truck. I explain prior to purchasing it I spoke to the sales woman Toni. She stated the truck was in perfect condition and nothing was wrong with the truck. I explained to Toni I live out of state and will not be able to travel up there to view the truck but if it's in perfect condition like she stated, I would like to purchase it. The sale price was $30,000 for the truck but we negotiated to $29,700. We finalized the deal and I had this truck shipped out to me at my expense. When the transport unit arrived with my truck we couldn't get it off the trailer because the key fob wasn't working. I had the key fob replaced by the dealership which was close to $200. When I started the vehicle up I noticed the GPS shows me sitting in the middle of the Atlantic ocean, OnStar not working, and driver assist service light on. I asked the dealership what was going on with the truck. They stated it needed a part and it would cost over $400 to be replaced. I then advised Toni of the situation and she stated" It's a used truck" ,it's going to be things here and there". I understand its used but not like a $1200 used car, This is a $30k truck and these problems that's going on with the truck is the first thing you noticed when u get in the truck,so you can't honestly tell me you didn't know about this. She admitted to knowing about the issues before selling the truck and not telling me about them . She then went on to tell me it's was nothing she can do to fix this issue (in which I was pretty mad because she lied just to make a sale.) She stated I can transfer you to our shop and see if they can help. The mechanic (Mike) stated the part I need they have it in stock and he is willing to sell it to me. Now I'm very pissed. Not only you had the part in which you could have replaced when the truck was on the lot, you have the audacity to try to sell me the part instead of fixing your wrongs that they already knew about. He said " He buddy, "I'm just doing what Toni told me to do". So I called the company several times requesting to speak to the owner, leaving message after message. No one returned my calls. I then talked to a guy named Chase today who made matters worse. He was already informed on my problems and messages I was leaving for the owner. He then said you can speak to the owner. I asked why he said " Well you don't go in Walmart asking to speak to the owner. He stated we are not about to lose commission to get your truck fixed.. Wow!! Now this is how a Salesman talk to a customer. He stated we did you a favor if you ordered the truck from us and not from somebody closer to you. He still refused to give me the owner contact information so I can inform him of this situation. And was very disrespectful on the phone (on a recorded line) so I hope the owner listen to that recording..10-6-20 20@10:42am.. Now Toni was very respectful and professional but she lied . She knew about the problems and didn't disclose them with me prior to selling.. Chase was very disrespectful and unprofessional. How do you have someone like that represent your company? Just to think my brother was about to order a truck from to you guys until I told him how this company really handle there customers. Be very cautious when dealing with this company. They tell you anything for a sell knowing the vehicle needs work then tell you " Well the vehicle is used," It's nothing we can do".I will not recommend this company to anybody with common sense.. If you are the owner(s). Please take my number from your records and give me a call so we can fix this situation which I'm assure you have no idea about.. Toni and Chase have my information.. More

Toni was an amazing sales associate and answered all of my questions from the time I first called inquiring about the vehicle all the way through my purchase. Never once was she pushy, trying to rush me into a sale, or make me feel like I was just a sales number. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had at a dealership. I couldn't be happier with how smooth and fast everything went. From the moment I pulled onto the lot to the time I left with my new car, it couldn't have been more than an hour. I appreciate that Toni and Heritage Motor didn't try to waste my time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. This was such a change from an experience I had last week from one of the bigger dealers in Virginia who claim to make you a "Priority" and made me leave feeling like I was getting pushed into a vehicle I didn't want. I'm glad I walked away and found Heritage Motor and got to work with Toni! She's the best! More
