I've known and have been purchasing cars from Ken Arment since 2006. He is unlike any car dealer you've ever met. His character and the quality of his customer service is unmatched! Over time, he'll get to know you and your vehicle preferences. Ken actually had a car picked out and waiting for me at the dealership back in 2019. Today I'm still loving and enjoying it as much as I did on day one. In addition, friends and strangers alike consistently compliment my car. They love the look! Not only that but the performance of my car is still outstanding thanks to the excellent tip top work that's done by the service department. The next time you visit the dealership ask for Ken personally. You'll make an instant friend and he'll make you feel like a part of the Mazda family immediately. The Heritage Mazda of Bel Air service department has been awful to deal with. Theyāve repeatedly been unable to repair an electrical issue that causes the battery to drain. Theyāve told us that the car is un awful to deal with. Theyāve repeatedly been unable to repair an electrical issue that causes the battery to drain. Theyāve told us that the car is unsafe to drive yet refuse to work with us to get it towed (weāve brought it in three times and had it towed twice). My grandchildren ride in that car and my daughter needs it for work but they refuse to fix the issue. Our family will certainly not be purchasing any Mazdas any time soon . Christine Dunbar More

Had my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Done on time, sent a video to show me a nail in sidewall of tire, asked them to replace tire since it was not reparable.
