Tim was very helpful and polite. He showed me to the waiting and the receptionist gave my daughter some pictures to color while we waited. We were in and out for my oil change within 30 mins. It was great and my Saturday morning wasn't wasted sitting in the service waiting room waiting for my car to be done like most places. Will definitely come back. More
I recently bought a used truck from heritage mazda in bel air. Great looking truck. Sales Rep was very friendly and easy to work with. And thats as far as the customer service went. Didnt even have the truck a week and the check engine light came on. Took in for service, had a speedy turn around but the issues was not fixed. brought it back one more time for the same issue, just to have to bring it back the following day. The thrid time i brought the truck in the the service department could not fix it and had to send it out to a local GMC dealership. Truck was in the shop for over a week with not one phone call on a update or even letting me know that they shipped my truck to another dealership. After truck was back at Heritage got a phone call saying they need me to drive it for a week then return the truck for a "check up". After that call i got another call saying my truck was "completely fix" and that I could pick it up at Heritage in Bel Air. Went that same day to Heritage to pick up truck and no one could find anything on my truck. They was no paper work on the services that took place with my truck or any invoices for any transactions that were made between Heritage and the local GMC dealership.No one seemed to know what was done to my truck beside that it was "FIX". So in a nut shell my over all review for MileONe Heritage Mazda is.....I will never go here for any of my automotive needs every again and I will make sure my friends and family never go there as well. More
I would just like to thank the parts manager, John, at Heritage Mazda Bel Air for solving what started out to be an issue I was extremely dissatisfied with. I really do appreciate his work ethic and am ex Heritage Mazda Bel Air for solving what started out to be an issue I was extremely dissatisfied with. I really do appreciate his work ethic and am extremely happy with the resolve of my issue. Originally I had bought a part from Heritage Mazda, and after a long drawn out ordeal..I was able to return my part for a full refund. I now feel that John, knowing I was unhappy, went above and beyond to contact me and allow me to bring my un-needed part back to the shop for a refund. He called me personally and set a time for me come in, and was then waiting at the counter for me to arrive. I am now extemely happy with Heritage Mazda and would recommend them in the future. Thanks so much again, John!! More
I found it was not prudent to repair the car I towed in because of the age and mileage on the car. Rick Fallamo in the Service Department directed me to my salesman, Will Wells.
