Great Car Buying Experience We brought our 2010 Mazda 3 to Heritage Mazda of Bel Air for service and wound up leaving with a new car. While we waited for the work on our car to be completed, we checked out the new models. We struck up a conversation with William Bogen and decided to see if we could upgrade to a 2017 Mazda 3. To our surprise, William showed us that not only could we move to a 2017, but we could also move to a higher trim level with only a minor increase to our monthly payment. They gave us a great deal!! William and the rest of the Bel Air Mazda team were easy to work with and very professional. I highly recommend Heritage Mazda of Bel Air and strongly suggest you ask for William Bogen. More

Multiple co-workers have had great experiences I can't say enough good things about Tim and the rest of the service crew at Heritage Mazda in Bel-Air. Multiple co-workers have had great experiences at Heritage and recommended them highly. After a horrible experience at a different dealership where my car was originally purchased, I brought my car in to have a noise diagnosed. Setting up the appointment online was very easy and I received reminder notifications. I decided to wait at the dealership for the service. The waiting room was very nice and filled with lots of coffee, charging stations and desks to do work if needed. Every employee that walked through the waiting room smiled and had nice things to say. I waited for about one hour and Tim told me that the engineer would really like some time to run additional tests to root out the noise. Since I live about 45 minutes from the dealership, Tim set me up with a loaner car to use for the duration of service. The engineer determined that the noise was due to a control arm not being torqued to Mazda specs at the original dealership. From beginning to end, my service experience was the best that I have ever had. It is a drive for me but I will continue to bring my car to Heritage in Bel Air. Great job by everyone! Thank you! More
Problem Solved I recently took my Mazda5 in for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. I was alarmed to hear that my tires were unsafe and should be changed immediately I recently took my Mazda5 in for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. I was alarmed to hear that my tires were unsafe and should be changed immediately. I arrived to pick up my car and briefly spoke with the manager about the tire issue. He indicated the tread-life was good but there were obvious issues according to the tech that serviced my car. Driving home I couldn't help but notice the increased tire noise; thumping. Obviously I had to resolve this. The next day I e-mailed the service manager and requested a meeting to discuss my recent service. I received an e-mail reply, and a phone call, ultimately setting-up an appointment to have the tires re-rotated back to their original positions. I arrived at the dealership and was immediately greeted by the service writer. I indicated that I'd like to see what the tire problems were that caused the alarm. Not a problem. Several minutes later the tech indicated my vehicle was on the lift and ready for viewing. The tire that was on the driver's side front, now in the rear, had a flat spot with threads showing. Hairline cracks on the sidewall of the tires were also pointed out. Wow! That chunk of missing tire exposing threads was all I needed to see. Obviously I requested the tire not be re-positioned to where it was prior to the rotation. The passenger side was re-rotated...although I wonder why I did that. ? After all, the only driving I'd be doing is home and the tire shop. Oh well. Usually when you get bad news when having your vehicle serviced, it's an effort to get you to buy things that you may not really need, but would enhance the car's operation. Not so in this case. The service writer and tech were spot on. It WAS a dangerous situation. I'm really glad the alarm was sounded requiring me to take the steps I took. Thanks very much Bel Air Mazda. More

I was feeling quite frustrated and overwhelmed when I came into the service center at Mazda, but was quickly relieved when Robert Thomas not only provided me with the quality service I deserved, but also showed me great kindness and consideration. It is clear that the staff at Heritage Mazda holds customer service at a high standard (and means it), which I believe sets them apart from many other dealerships and business. More
