Excellent Experience with the Service Shop I usually do all may own auto service and repair, but I neeeded a PCM update for my Mazda 3 that only could be done by a dealer. This was my first trip to Heritage Mazda of Bel Air. Jordan Skokowski was the service advisor, and I couldn't have asked for better. Very pleasant and well informed. Repair was quick, and there was no undo pressure to do any extra services needed after they did their overall inspection, but the information was appreciated. Overall, an excellent experience. More

Service Dept After having issues with my Mazda, that we bought from another dealer, we took it to Heritage and Rob Thomas worked wonders.
