He had the service department check my vehicle computer system for updates A factory reset was performed. The problem still persisted. Ken was with a customer so Justin Craig helped me with the factory reset. The phone problem was still there after the reset. Justin took a look at my Samsung phone and found a well hidden setting thay was buried deep in the phone system that solved the problem. Kudos to Ken and Justin for customer service that was above and beyond expectations. More
