Sang is very professional I visited Towson Mazda on Saturday night, January 30th. I met with Sang and his boss, Doug Lampkin. Of course they wanted to sell me a car at the e I visited Towson Mazda on Saturday night, January 30th. I met with Sang and his boss, Doug Lampkin. Of course they wanted to sell me a car at the end of the month, but they didn't really pressure me much and accepted the fact that I had to think about it and do some research. I left that night promising to thing about it, and they understood this quite well. Sang had told me that he'd be in training the following week, but evidently some other guys took over his contact list that next week. Monday and Tuesday I got various messages that I needed to buy the car right away, and that they needed to bring it to me in Bethesda that night. Their urgency was really weird. Finally I negotiated with one of the guys, but when he e-mailed me the documents, they were not what I had agreed to, and he wouldn't change his mind. I assumed the deal was dead. Two day later another fellow e-mailed me and I explained the story, and he quickly wrote back that they were changing the price to what I had agreed. The whole thing just seemed very schizophrenic, but nonetheless I agreed to come up the next Saturday to see if things were turn out as promised. On Saturday, Sang and Doug were back at work, and everything went exceptionally well. The guys who had frantically contacted me during the week I never saw. Sang delivered everything exactly as promised in the deal, and they even let me join in with them for pizza lunch. Compared to other dealers I had recently visited, Sang and Doug and the entire showroom experience was professional and enjoyable. I'd certainly recommend buying from Heritage Mazda, and from Sand and Doug in particular. More

I did not get that with Gabe; he was patient, kind. He explained everything down to the letter. Gabe reassured me that there were no hidden fees. His manager and finance representative also did an excellent job of making my experience a positive and smooth one. I left the dealership with exactly the truck I wanted and within the budget that I desire. I also received a follow-up thank you email from the Gabe, his manager, and the sales director along with a check in that I did not have anything concerns. Best Dealership Experience I had the most positive experience with Gabe Cunningham at Heritage Mazda then I ever had with any other dealership. Before visiting Heritage Mazda, I had the most positive experience with Gabe Cunningham at Heritage Mazda then I ever had with any other dealership. Before visiting Heritage Mazda, I had been to two other dealerships selling the same car. The other dealerships used pressuring sales tactics and made me very uncomfortable to the point I wasn’t buying a car from them. This was not at all what I experienced with Heritage Mazda, not only was Gabe knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the cars he was selling, he didn't use pressuring sales tactics that I hate. I really appreciated Gabe’s courtesy and professionalism during the whole car buying process. Heritage Mazda’s website also provided valid information regarding the car I was purchasing, as well as the price with fees. I did not run into any hidden fees when I visited the dealership in person. The car was listed appropriately and in the condition I expected it to be. Not only did they give me the most for my trade-in, they were also very upfront and factual with the information they provided. In the end, their support, patience, and quality service made me choose to be a new Mazda vehicle owner.
