I knew that I had the skills to work my way to bottom dollar. By the end of my buying experience, I knew that I wanted Mike to sell me my car. He knew the ins and outs of the 3 better than most car industry types knew how they got paid. He is the only car salesperson that I have ever worked with who gave me free navigational reign on our test ride (which as a long time road biker... I know the good roads...). He was great to work with- he never twisted my arm, even though I let slip that I like nice things. All in all, salesman to salesman, I would send anyone to see Mike. More

Above and beyond service I had an appointment at another dealership close to home, on the particular day I first visited Heritage. On a whim, I decided to research the other dealership and found their ratings to be absolutely horrible. The ratings and comments acted as a major deterrence for me. I then reflected on my initial feelings of discomfort upon entering that particular dealership, and realized I should have probably with my gut-instinct in the first place. I made an appointment with Heritage the very same day, as their ratings were very positive. As a result of high ratings, I had expectations that I would receive a fair deal. However, I did not expect above-and-beyond service, which I did indeed receive. Mike was fabulous. I drove over an hour to get there on a rainy and miserable day. I was frustrated by the time I got there and not in a good mood at all. I have no doubt my mood was evident through my facial expressions and body language. However, by the time I left the dealership with my new vehicle, I was ecstatic! Everyone appeared genuine, kind, and certainly fair. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new vehicle. Employees seem to have been hand-picked for customer satisfaction, comfort, and a feeling of being valued and appreciated. More

I have to admit that after shopping around a few weekends it was nice to finally get a laid back salesman who tells you everything you want to know but doesn't try and get you to sign on the dotted line before you even know if that's really the car that you want. He was always very quick to answer my questions through text messaging which was great! Having used the service center a few times for our old Mazda it is nice to see that the people on the other side of the building are just as friendly. We are loving our new Mazda 3 hatchback! More
