2017 Mazda 6 w/ Greg Lineberry I started out my car search in the Fall of 2016. As a first time car buyer, the process was a little intimidating to me at first; however, I can I started out my car search in the Fall of 2016. As a first time car buyer, the process was a little intimidating to me at first; however, I can say Greg Lineberry and the Heritage Mazda Towson staff made me feel comfortable with the process each step of the way. I began with test drives of the Mazda 3 and 6 with Greg. Mazda's are great cars and really fun to drive. I was impressed with Greg's knowledge of the cars and the Mazda brand in general. He was very patient and thorough in answering all the questions I had. After I test-drove the cars, I sat down with Greg and the Mazda sales manager, Jason, to get a look at the prices for the models I was interested in. I appreciated the transparency they showed when they were going over numbers. Once they went over numbers with me, I explained I liked the product, but wanted to make sure I looked over all the cars on my list before making a decision. Greg was completely respectful of that and did not make me feel uncomfortable to buy a car right then and there (I didn't experience that at all the dealerships I visited). He did make sure to let me know I could follow-up with him with any questions along the way as I made my decision. I wound up buying a Mazda 6 right before Thanksgiving 2016. The color I chose was rare apparently, and so the dealership didn't have one on the lot. The car I wanted was just imported into the country, but because of the holiday, the car was not delivered right away to the dealership; however, Greg didn't forget about me or work any less hard to help me just because we closed the deal. He made sure to communicate with me what was going on in the few days before I got my car. He worked to get my car to the dealership as timely as possible despite it being a busy time with dealerships' Black Friday incentives. It really meant a lot to me that I was treated with the same level of great service before and after the sale. Overall, Greg Lineberry and Heritage Mazda Towson deserve a five star rating. My car buying experience was excellent, and I feel like I got a great deal and was treated very fairly. More

She finally broke down and test drove after doing some research and finding it really is the best out there right now. They worked very hard for us, got her an excellent rate, and in the exact model and color combo she was looking for! I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new or used car. I was treated with respect, and thoughtfulness throughout the entire process and Bo went out of his way to find the EXACT car, and had it delivered the next day. Brett came in and got me great financing and really worked hard to get the best rates available. Bo and Brett were incredibly patient and answered all of my questions. This was my first Mazda, I got a great deal and I am in love. I would recommend this team to anyone, as they went above and beyond my expectations. My initial interaction with Bo, my sal I received excellent customer service throughout the entire purchase process for my 2016.5 Mazda Grand Touring! My initial interaction with Bo, my sales consultant, was via online inquiry was very pleasant and when I got to the dealership he was very patient, worked to answer all of my questions and didn't try to oversell me anything as if it was commission based. The general manager, James was the same and the worked with me to ensure it the numbers were a win-win for us both. The finance manager didn't pressure me but yet informed me of additional options that I could add to my purchase. The service team also followed up to ensure I got appointments scheduled timely for installation and future services. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer. I had a fantabulous experience at the Heritage Mazda in Towson and I look forward to working with the team in the future. Highly recommended! More
