I started searching online for vehicles new and used and decided to stop in at Heritage Mazda to take a look and test drive a few vehicles that's where I met Ralph. I told him about my concerns and issues and he totally put my mind at ease. He had so much patience with me and even my father came to help me. He took his time and had such a genuine care for excellent customer service and satisfaction. I leased a new Mazda CX-5 this is the first time I have leased a vehicle. I have always bought my vehicles, so I was very apprehensive and just wasn't aware of what leasing a vehicle was all about. Ralph was there for me through the whole process & made sure I understood it all. I cannot thank him enough, he even checked in with me a few days later to see how I liked my car and if I needed anything or had any questions about the car. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars he sold and he answered all the questions I had and was also was equally attentive and respectful to my fiancée which was welcome change to experiences I have had at other dealerships. He helped us to confirm that the 2017 Mazda 3 hatchback was the car for us, and he walked us though all the aspects of the car step by step. We took a very informative test drive where he went over all the safety features and benefits of the car and encouraged us to test the car in different driving conditions.Being that it was our first new car purchase, we had a lot of questions about the process that Mike was happy and able to answer. Not only was Greg very patient with me while I weighed out my options (this was only my second lease signing, so to say that I took my time would be an understatement!) but he and his team really went the extra mile by working with me and my current 2014 Mazda 3 lease to come up with a new lease that worked within my price range and specifications. I wasn't sure about sticking with the same model (2016 Mazda 3 this time) but so far I have nothing but positive things to say about my new car. From the updated safety features (what a difference two years can make!) to the super-cool infotainment system, I really felt like I got a great deal on a car that I take a lot of pride in.
