Tuesday, December 19th , I phoned Ralph to let him know, the funding for purchase was coming through, but not in time for Christmas. I was hoping to give my wife a new Mazda. Well to make it quick, after I hung up from Ralph, I was disappointed I would not be able to get the car by Christmas. Well Ralph and a few other of Santa's helpers made a dream come true! Ralph called me back and said they had talked and had come up with a way for me to give my wife a new 2018 CX-9! So, today, Ralph made that dream come true and I will be giving my wife a new car this Christmas.Never and I mean NEVER have I been treated so respectfully at any dealership before. More
