Jennings and Dora are awesome I had a warranty issue. It took a little bit for them to figure out what was wrong but Jennings was always keeping me up to date on everything. Craig was very helpful and seemed to honestly try to answer my questions and get me a car that I was looking for. I was happy with my experience with him. When I scheduled a test drive, though, I came in and found out the car I requested was unavailable because it was at the body shop. I was upset I was not told this before I arrived and to compound my frustration, the managers tried to upsell me on new or more expensive cars. This is the downside of going to a dealership, so it was refreshing to work with Craig who wasn’t constantly trying to upsell me. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. Their listing price prenegotiations is pretty reasonable, too. More
