My salesman was Greg Lineberry but this was truly a team effort. Ben, John Holliday and especially Tom Heise closed the deal. From the time I set foot in the dealership, I felt very comfortable doing business here. They patiently listened to what I wanted to do and then made every effort to address my wishes. They took care of everything before we arrived and all we had to do was road test and sign. They even had the accessories we wanted in stock and installed while we had lunch! Incompetent sales team I had agreed to pay a set monthly price on my purchased vehicle. My sales rep decided not to call my current Lease company to get my correct payoff. I had my new Mazda for a week and then get a call that I owe $800 due to my sales rep not reaching out to my current lease company prior to me signing the contract. Had I know this upfront, I would have negotiated a better deal or not bought the vehicle. I agreed to a price because that is the number I wanted to be at. The sales manager called me back and forth and admitted the wrong doing on his team. It was 100% the fault of Heritage Mazda and their sales team but I still end up paying due to someone else's mishap. I will not be going back to this dealer for any service or maintenance. I will recommend others go else where and not deal with the issues of the incompetent sales team. Awful customer service and experience. More

In November, my 2011 CX-7 which I purchased at a Mazda Usually, posted email is full of complaints, so you will be sorely disappointed with this one. In November, my 2011 CX-7 which I purchased at a Mazda dealer in Guadalcanal, MX started acting "weird" and after trying a few other things and repair places, I finally had it towed to this dealership where I first met Jenings McManus. He is a consummate customer good will ambassador. His ability to communicate, his message of caring, and his involvement in my problem was superlative. There is a long story about this nearly $6,000 repair for leaks in the body that destroyed much internal wiring and two air bags. When I first came in, Jennings treated me very well. We explored the problem and to keep me able to do my routine got me my first (yes, there was more than one) service loaner. Never a question about paying for it, no further hassles. It has taken about three months to solve the problem in my CX-7, and took negotiating skills and patience I doubt even I would have. Jennings had to deal with a GEICO rep who was non-responsive as well as a leak that took three different examinations to finally locate and fix. All during the process I was kept in the loop. Toward the end of the process, and I'm sure she was well versed on it all along, Dora Norman stepped in to communicate with me. She runs a beautiful Service Department and her staff reflects her, and Towson Mazda's, caring about their customers. I am sure Dora applied the screws where necessary and brought about the result. As I had time to sit in the waiting area, I noticed all of the other Service Department people had the same skills and caring with other customers as the kind I received. I need also commend all the technicians, whose name I don't know, who kept this massively confusing conundrum moving on. Their care and competence is also beyond expectation. The result, after three months, is that my 2011 CX-7 is in tip top shape and I am a very satisfied customer. Jennnings and Dora always kept me informed, worked very hard behind the scenes to "make it so" and I never got a frown or "the bum's rush" when we communicated. While shopping around for my next service for a better price is usually called for, I will be returning to Towson Mazda to have my rear brakes done in a few thousand miles. Other places may be able to do it for a bit less money, but they will not match the care and courtesy of Jennings and Dora. My wife and I commend you on your agency, it is reflected in all your associates. Jonathan Kollin More
