The only reason I would recommend this dealer is that it is the closest to where I live following the closure of Thompson Mazda in Dundalk, MD. My first experience (and only to date) was for an oil change is the closest to where I live following the closure of Thompson Mazda in Dundalk, MD. My first experience (and only to date) was for an oil change and recall for the deck lid's controller module. When the car was returned to me the rear seat was down and the luggage cover was not installed properly. As I told the dealer, the little things separate truly excellent service from the ordinary and mundane. The other thing I encountered with this dealer is misleading email. I recently received one stating that when my car came in for service the tech (or some other nameless person) noted some body damage. The email went on to note that I could bring my vehicle to Heritage for body work. The car was only a few months old at the time of service with no body damage whatsoever. The email was a blatant attempt to make one aware of the body repair service offered disguised as having been noted by the tech. The service manager advised me in a follow up call prior to the email that the tech had been "counseled" on returning the interior to its proper condition following his work. As to the second matter, the email, I never received a response from the dealership after communicating with it. I have now unsubscribed from its emails. More

I purchased a new vehicle on 9/12. As I write this (11/9) it still has not been registered. The dealer uses a third-party contractor to do the registrations. The dealer is unable to tell me a day that it is going to get registered which is ridiculous. It has been two-months since purchase; all was well when signing on the dotted-line, now that we're gone they have completely dropped the ball. I now have a brand new vehicle sitting in my driveway that I am making payments on; it is unregistered, uninsured and therefore un-drivable. I have no timeline for when it will be registered; apparently it's a big mystery. In the meantime I wait and look at it in my driveway; hoping nothing falls on it because it has no insurance until it gets registered. Nice. More
