My family and I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle after negotiating the price on line. When we arrived, unlike another dealership we visited, the price was as quoted including all of the opt vehicle after negotiating the price on line. We arrived there with the intention of purchasing one car, but like them so much, w e brought two! Brett was our salesperson, John put together our financing and Sam completed the paperwork. We do not have a single complaint. We had a good experience because at no time did we feel we were being "snowed" or compromised. All questions were answered, and concerns were met. I recently purchased a brand new mazda 2. First off loving the car! I came to this dealership with a beat up old volvo and meet with Rick. Rick came back with a quote from Scott and i was very impresse loving the car! I came to this dealership with a beat up old volvo and meet with Rick. Rick came back with a quote from Scott and i was very impressed with the offer on my old car and the deal on the new one. But I hesitated and went to look at comprable cars(those other cars were lame). The guys at mazda were shocked I walked away from the deal. So after my search I came back to Mazda. I was now working with Joe. I asked Joe if they could make me the same deal they made me the other day. They were unable to do so cause that deal was for a slightly different car from the one i wanted in the end. So after all was said and done they were able to still give me a wonderful deal on my trade in and they still got me the best deal possible for my car. My father is a car dealer and I know how the business goes so I know these guys did not make a lot of money off of my car, so that makes the great job they did dealing with the pain in the ars I am even more amazing. I would say everyone go get a car from these guys, they are super helpful and they get the best deal they can for you. Only thing lacking... a foot rub. More

We had done extensive research on a used vehicles we might have bought, but it was clearly meant to be that the first place we went to was Heritage Mile One Mazda and the salesman that sat down with us might have bought, but it was clearly meant to be that the first place we went to was Heritage Mile One Mazda and the salesman that sat down with us was Joe. He was about as incredible. He stepped aside and really let the car and it's price speak for itself. When we asked about other vehicles we were planning on seeing that day, he gave us direct and real responses. He didn't bash every other car on the market. He spoke highly of some makes and models he had no association. He was direct and low pressure and even though we bought a used Nissan Versa from the Mazda based dealership each employee treated the car as if it were the prize of the lot. We left having gotten a great deal a great car and when we needed help the next day explaining one of the cars gadgets, the same smiling faces greeted us, helped out and got us back on the road in no time at all. We love our 2009 Nissan Versa! And we would highly recommend Mile One Heritage Mazda TO EVERYONE looking for a car! More

Immediatly upon arrival to the location i was greeted with friendly smiles. The original car that i was shown did not have one of the features i was looking for and Scott said it would be no problem show with friendly smiles.
