My car buying experience was actually fun, rewarding, and very fulfilling. From the very beginning, Brett was professional yet likable, and he really went above and beyond the call of duty in ensuring I got very fulfilling. I never felt shamed, pressured, or negatively viewed about any of the process of negotation, which is a far cry from my only previous car-buying experience, at Ourisman in Laurel (where I will never return). Brett was patient and easy to work with and by the end of multiple hours of talking, driving, and bargaining, I considered him a friend. I will absolutely come back to Heritage. Brett said he sold Mazdas because he believed in the product, and this is before he knew that I decided to buy another Mazda because I narrowly survived a very bad car crash in my previous Mazda3. Mazda earned my loyalty through how its product performed under pressure, and Brett and the dealership earned my loyalty through their performance as well. Brett personally took the time to show me (or actually set up) every cool feature on my car, which I really appreciated. He was as excited as I was about the prospect of me driving home in a new Mazda3. Moreover, on a general note, I was very impressed by the clean, state-of-the-art service facilities and the general friendly attitude of the dealership. THANKS SO MUCH! More
