They introduce me to their service department, which I feel very comfortable to use. They gave me the price I was looking for too. Joe was extremely knowlegdable, helpful and understood the car I was looking at for my son. He showed me all my concerns as a parent. Kudos to Joe and Heritage Mazada. More

What a great experience. The two of them worked half of the day to work out the best deal for me. Then, they waxed the xxxx out of the car, and still gave me half of the day to work. If you're looking for something honest who will tell you the info they get, not just what they want you to have go to these guys. We are so pleased to be writing this review regarding our visit to "Heritage Mazda Towson". Upon our arrival at the dealership, we were greeted by Mr. Coker. As it turned out Mr. Coker was our designated s visit to "Heritage Mazda Towson". Upon our arrival at the dealership, we were greeted by Mr. Coker. As it turned out Mr. Coker was our designated sales representative. Once all of the formalities were out of the way, Mr. Coker got down to business, he was very thorough, he made sure that he let us know what all of our options were to help insure that we left with a new/used certified vehicle. He took his time and showed us vehicles that were within our price range and he was very knowledgeable about each of the vehicles, as well as, disclosed all pertinent information about said vehicles. Mr. Coker made my husband and I feel very comfortable for our entire time there, he is a very personable salesman. Based on our experience at the dealership, Mr. Coker is truly an absolute asset to "Heritage Mazda Towson". Mr. Coker presents himself in a very friendly, yet professional manner. Yes, we will most definitely take every opportunity to refer family, friends and anyone else that might be in search of buying a new or used vehicle.
