I walked into this dealership knowing what I wanted, having built the Mazda 3 I was looking for on the Mazda website. I was greeted after a few minutes of looking at the show car inside by John. I showed John the car the I wanted to purchase and he told me to browse the lot while he seached his inventory. 5 minutes later he returned to me snd said they didnt have the car in stock but if I wanted to drive a similar one (same engine and trans, differnet accessories). I took it for the test drive with Chad and he was very knowledgeable about the car and the accessories that I would be enjoying when I recieved the car I wanted. We went back inside to talk the numbers and John informed me that the particular car I want was located 4 states away. He told me he could have two guys drive up and get the car and gave me a resonable price. I took the night to think about it and decided that I would fly to get the car myself (The wife and I made a vacation out of it). The dealership worked with me through everything and was very understanding of the situation. They made sure that the pickup in the other state was very smooth and that I had all the paperwork I needed before I left. I even recieved a call the day i pickup the car to make sure everything went ok. I highly recommend this dealership. They were friendly, fair, and very personable. More

We were promised several things when we bought our Mazda5 (spare key, owner's manual...) which now almost 5 months later we haven't received. I went into Heritage Mazda of Towson just to get an idea of what kinda of car I was interested in, totally not planning on purchasing that day. He made the process comforting (this was my first car purchase) and was very personable...not overwhelming and was very honest! We had a very positive experience with Heritage Mazda in Towson. We went in with a monthly payment amount that we could not go over. Neither Mitch nor Sam (the finance guru) tried to pressure us into adding any extra warranties or features that we didn't want, and we came out with a brand new car and a payment we can afford. This is the first time buying a car that I didn't leave with a nagging feeling that I got "screwed" by the dealer. I would highly recommend Heritage to anyone who is in the market for a Mazda. Oh- and we love our Mazda 3! More
