In today's fast paced, high tech society, it's nice to know there are still some companies, and people, who take a genuine concern for the customer. I am writing to express how my recent service on my Maz know there are still some companies, and people, who take a genuine concern for the customer. I am writing to express how my recent service on my Mazda CX 9 was the most pleasurable experience. After having a great deal of trouble with my vehicle (non related to mechanical issues), I was unsure where to turn. That would turn out to be the best decision I could have made! John Huemmer helped coordinate a group effort to have my vehicle fixed and all the issues taking care of promptly and with patience and professionalism. Working within the Mazda extended care warranty guidelines, my vehicles problems were addressed and resolved and ultimately fixed better and quicker than I could have even anticipated! I would like to recognize Michael in the service department and John Huemmer in sales. I can often be a difficult customer and they were extremely attentive to the needs of vehicle and able to deal with me during an extremely stressful situation for me. We went to test-drive a Mazda 3, with the intention of comparing it with other vehicles in its class. When we entered the showroom, Joe greeted us and showed us the Mazda 3 in the showroom. He was very forthcoming about the models that were available and did not try to lead us to purchase more than we needed. Joe checked to make sure a car was available for us to test drive in the color and trim we were interested. After the test-drive, we decided to purchase the vehicle. We were impressed with the handling and manual-shift mode. We knew we were going to make a purchase soon, but hadn't intended on making a purchase that day. Mazda was offering a very good APR, and the dealership gave us a good incentive. They also gave us a good price on our trade-in. We love our Mazda 3 and the process could not have been easier. Eddie Coker was at the door ready to greet us as soon as we arrived. I found him to be very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and most important to me -- sincere in trying to ensure that I was able to drive home that night in the very vehicle I had looked up on the Internet. There was not any moment when I felt he was "just trying to make a sale." I felt he really cared and listened when I was concerned about having my credit pulled before I knew for certain what my chances were in getting financed. I had my credit score in hand and he took it to his rep. who was able to give me a "worse case scenario" before we moved forward. After a few more minutes discussing my options (including other dealers who had a similar vehicle), I was comfortable and sure that I wanted to purchase my vehicle from Heritage Mazda because of Eddie. We made a deal that night and I drove my RX-8 home within a few hours. I appreciate the fact that I did not have to spend 8 hours at the dealership. So, the speed with which everyone worked was also a major plus for me. More
Chad is a really good salesman. When it came to cars, he knew what he was talking about. He was very honest with me and gave me his personal opinion about each car. I was referred from a friend and I was very hesitant since I was buying this car all alone.Previous cars I had lots of help and advice from family and friends. I bought a 2009 Mercury Mariner and I was stuck between a couple cars but I got a deal that I couldn't pass up. They worked with me to help get me where around where I wanted to be price range. Not only did Chad fulfill those needs. He had provided everything from hot chocolate and aspirin for my daughter to a charger to charge my phone which was dying. He also took the time to answer every single question that I asked whether it was a dense question or not and he had a great attitude and didn't make me feel stupid. He showed me every little feature my car had to offer before he sent me on way of course with the directions to get home. Overall it was a great experience for me and buying my first car all alone. I highly recommend going to this dealership and you will find yourself very at ease and in great hands. More
