We had a very positive experience with Heritage Mazda in Towson. We went in with a monthly payment amount that we could not go over. Neither Mitch nor Sam (the finance guru) tried to pressure us into adding any extra warranties or features that we didn't want, and we came out with a brand new car and a payment we can afford. This is the first time buying a car that I didn't leave with a nagging feeling that I got "screwed" by the dealer. I would highly recommend Heritage to anyone who is in the market for a Mazda. Oh- and we love our Mazda 3! More
Overall, I agree with other reiews that the dealership is, in general, run very efficiently. Maybe we had an off expereince, but we just didn't find the sales people that great. We did a lot of work before actually visiting dealerships so we knew exactly what we wanted. In my mind that makes us pretty easy customers. We came to Heritage because we previously knew Chris and knew they had a model we liked. He was busy when we arrived at the appointed time, so another sales associate helped us test drive the car. After a short negotiation we decided to buy and then the problems really began. The finance manager (Sam) was great -- easy to work with and explained terms really well. Class act. We made a specific appointment the next day to complete the paperwork, but it wasn't prepared (by sales associate) before our arrival. So we sat there for almost an hour. Then when we came back the next day to get the car, again at a very specific appointed time, the car was not ready. And it took us several more days to get all the paperwork because he forgot to give us some key papers. We discovered the oversight, not him. Then despite all of this, he really hounded us to fill out this survey. Why, afer knowing that we didn't get great service? So, overall would I recommend the dealership? I guess...but I dont't think I'll be recommending Chris to my friends and family. More
My experience purchasing a new CX-7 was much easier than I had expected. Like most people, buying a new car is a miserable experience. Fortunately, this was not the case this time around. I worked with Eddie Coker and he made the experience very easy and was very friendly. Sam the finance manager was also very nice and efficient. I believe I got the car for a very fair price and the process was a smooth one. The only negative comments about the dealership is that the lot is very small with a limited amount of inventory at their location and I had difficulty finding a parking spot in the lot. I would recommend Eddie and Towson Mazda to friends. More

And how can you beat the financing offered by Mazda and this dealership! Mitch did not pressure us in any way; he just knew his facts, knew the market, understood money and really helped us make a decision as we wanted a third car for our teenage daughter. The facility is so clean, everyone there is so nice, and I actually can't wait to go for a service appointment so I can look at the CX-9 for me! The public, is generally untrusting of car sales persons / dealerships. I remained guarded while researching and pursuing the purchase of our new vehicle. After visiting several in the Baltimore and DC markets, we decided Brett Fader of Heritage Mazda of Towson to be the best. Not counting the time online/calls, I spent one week visiting dealerships. A better deal was not to be found (only after I mentioned what Brett of Heritage offered - did they wave their magic wand rethink and then offer something comparable). From start to finish, we received courtesy, professionalism, and honesty, not to mention the best price. We decided to purchase "more" vehicle (more expensive MSRP) and trade another since Brett (Heritage) was so 'on-point' with there offer and willingness to negotiate. Brett is very respectful and honest working with women too. I greatly appreciated how he spoke with my wife and walked her through the various features of the vehicle before driving off. He gave us the best deal and treatment; in turn has earned our trust and respect. We will look for Brett on our next purchase (probably next year). More

First Let me start out by saying that prior to this trip I have done business with John at his last job. He helped me buy my very first car and my second one as well. Because of his dedication & hardwork, I forever will be loyal to him and refuse to work with anyone else. That Being said My sister needed a new car, so I called John and he told me to come on in. When we arrived we had the pleasure of meeting Chad ( John's son ) outside waiting for us. ( Talk about Excellent customer service, He was at our car as soon as we pulled into the lot ) He walked us in and there John came to greet us with the same smile I've seen twice before. These two men are excellent role models for Car Sales Consultants every where. They were extremely attentive , knowledgeable in what we were looking for and hard working to get us the very best deal. I swore in the beginning that I was a Toyota girl only, but after coming to Mazda and again experiencing the exemplary customer service by John and now by Chad , I will never go elsewhere. As the old saying goes " The apple doesn't fall far from the tree " Chad certainly has a lot of his father in him, and Any customer to interact with either of these two fine gentlemen will be incredibly lucky . The Dealership itself is very clean and everyone there was extremely friendly when we walked in the door. If you had any doubts about going in and are reading this..
