I didnt get the car yet, when I do, I'll be returning here! Sang was very professional, I caught sight of a board in the back with the sales men's names on it and saw that Sang had higher numbers than everyone Sang was very professional, I caught sight of a board in the back with the sales men's names on it and saw that Sang had higher numbers than everyone else and I wasn't surprised at all. He was attentive and seemed to be able to read what it was that i was looking to find out that day and he wasn't pushy. We were able to discuss pros and cons between competitors vehicles and he was very confident in his product. I ended up needing to delay the sale until my my current car was more equitable, but I will be sure to return to Sang when the time comes to go through with it. I know he did all he could to generate good numbers for me and I trust they will do the same when I come back :-) Also Jody who I spoke to on the phone a few times was very friendly and helpful. We had planned to look around at different dealers that day to find a good reliable car that was in my price range, mazda was our first stop, little did we know it would be our only stop! A little bit about our service- Bo greeted us on a cold early morning with a warm smile and was immediately engaged on what exactly we were looking for. As we spoke price ranges and exactly what little things I was looking for to have in my car, he ran right outside and pulled a car up for me to test drive. Instantly was in love! He hit the nail on the head with everything, prices and all ..and i knew from that moment we wouldn't be able to find this great of a car anywhere else or even make me smile as big as what this car did!
