From the moment that we walked in, Sang was attentive about our needs and wants in a car, and worked to help us get the best possible deal. He kept all communication open and honest, where a lot of salesman would just say what you want to hear to close a deal. His hardwork and attention was very much appreciated! We were also well aware of all the "extra costs" like the registration, and new tag prices, where other dealerships we had gone to just had an estimated cost. Having everything laid out in front of us and the communication truly made the buying process a breeze. This was the first car I have purchased from not only Heritage Mazda, but in Maryland, and I would go back to Heritage in a heartbeat, as well as recommend them (specifically, Sang) to anyone in the market for a new Mazda! Great experience as a first time buyer As a first time buyer, I could not have asked for a better experience. When we first got there, all of the sales associates were with customers but on As a first time buyer, I could not have asked for a better experience. When we first got there, all of the sales associates were with customers but one of the managers (Jody) quickly took it upon himself to help us until an associate became available. I really appreciated all of his help. Once Garrett was available, he was great. Garrett was very detailed in his explanation of everything, including his recommendation that if I got nothing else, that the extended warranty and environment armour were a must! In the long run, they'll both be an excellent investment. I would recommend Garrett to anyone. More

Everything was handled professionally and well Just bought a new Mazda 3 from sales consultant Gabe Cunningham, and he did a great job of making the experience as easy as possible under trying weat Just bought a new Mazda 3 from sales consultant Gabe Cunningham, and he did a great job of making the experience as easy as possible under trying weather conditions (ice and snow, with more on the way) and without any of the hassles of fake haggling, etc. With no fuss at all, got a price quote that compared very favorably with the Kelley Blue Book expectations, and then Gabe literally went the extra mile to give me a ride to the dealership so I could pick up the car (we'd done the paperwork the night before during an ice storm). More
