I live about 1.5 hours away, so I wanted to be sure the car I was interested in would actu Overall, a relatively pleasant and hassle-free experience. I live about 1.5 hours away, so I wanted to be sure the car I was interested in would actually be there once I committed to that length of a drive. Once I first contacted the dealership, Gabe Cunningham took control of the situation and kept in regular contact (but not at a pushy level) with me over the course of several days to let me know about the final inspection status of the car and when it would be ready for a test drive. When I got to Heritage, Gabe answered my questions about the car and was very willing to work with me on getting some minor issues resolved. Even though I first left Heritage for an appointment to go look at another car some distance away, he and the others at Heritage did not use any of the typical high-pressure tactics that many car salesmen will use to stop me from leaving the store. When I called a few hours later and told him I was interested in purchasing this car, Gabe had most of the paperwork ready to go by the time I got back and helped smooth the entire process. I have not picked up the car yet (needed some detail work completed) so I might update this review when everything is final and I take possession, but it was a very good experience, especially as opposed to how I was dealt with at another dealer that same day. Above and Beyond!! I went in to the dealership wanting a used CX-5 and came out with a brand new 2016. I was really nervous about the price and decided to lease the vehicle so that I could have lower payments, went I left I began second guessing the whole leasing thing and called Greg Lineberry, the salesman I worked with. He told me to come back in and he would see what he could do. Anyways I ended up financing the vehicle and for a GREAT price I might add. Everyone was very accommodating and nice even when I made them sell me the same car twice haha. Thanks Heritage Mazda Towson! I love my new ride More

It was everything that I wanted and I was able to test drive it right then and there. After Gabe and I took a test drive, we went inside to talk over the numbers. It was my first time purchasing a car, but I did not feel taken advantage of. He let me ask as many questions as I wanted and patiently explained every detail of the car buying process.
