My experience was fabulous---especially with the sales reps that helped us decide on the best vehicle for our needs. Gabriel and Sang were both patient, kind, and knowledgeable. The finance guy was very nice--quick and efficient--felt he worked with our best interested as a goal. Never saw the manager. The vehicle is the smoothest ride--great interior and options. Did a lot of homework before buying--first tank of gas--almost 26 MPG! Love it! More

From the time I walked through the front doors I I would personally recommend heritage Mazda to anyone I know; friends, family, and business partners. From the time I walked through the front doors I was overwhelmed by how helpful and resourceful every employee was throughout each step in the car buying process. I went in looking for an older, used vehicle which I was in desperate need of, and in a matter of two- three hours the gentlemen that assisted me got me in a brand new vehicle that fitted my financial range. Needless to say I left a very happy man and will be going to heritage Mazda for any and all future business with my personal vehicles. More

Easy to work with and no pressure! I was moving to MD from out of the country and was relying on a rental until I could find something to buy but I needed to buy quickly. Sang and I had been emailing before I moved and he was very helpful in trying to understand my needs. I didn't want to have a long negotiation and Sang came through with a great deal on a new Mazda3. I highly recommend using Heritage and it seems any of their sales people are great to work with. Also, Tony Kim in finance was also excellent and explained everything clearly so I didn't feel like I was lost. More

Peace of mind! Gabe Cunningham walked me through everything and even sat with me in the new car to show me how every single button worked (thank goodness!!). Everyone made me feel comfortable without any pressure. They also answered all of my questions through out the process. Gabe was extremely knowledgeable of Mazda and then some! This was a great experience and I won't be going anywhere else in the future!!
