I bought a 2016 Mazda CX5 Touring from Peter Holback just a few days ago. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and worked with my budget and spending cap. He was NOT pushy at all (which was very refreshing compared to many other assocoates at other dealerships I had experienced prior) and helped me through my first-time, new car buying process from start to finish. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car but I would really like to state how much I love the CX5 thus far! I work in the health profession and am a needed employee regardless of weather conditions. So, the AWD option (among others) in the CX5 was just the cherry on top of a plethora of features this car has to offer. More

While I initially stopped by to browse the lot and get a better idea of what kind of prices I was looking at, I ended up driving my new CX-5 off the lot. I was very pleased with the level of customer service and professionalism I received throughout my experience. My sales representative, Sang Dang was very helpful during and after the entire process. The finance guy was very nice--quick and efficient--felt he worked with our best interested as a goal. Never saw the manager. The vehicle is the smoothest ride--great interior and options. Did a lot of homework before buying--first tank of gas--almost 26 MPG! Love it! More

Easy to work with and no pressure! I was moving to MD from out of the country and was relying on a rental until I could find something to buy but I needed to buy quickly. Sang and I had I was moving to MD from out of the country and was relying on a rental until I could find something to buy but I needed to buy quickly. Sang and I had been emailing before I moved and he was very helpful in trying to understand my needs. I didn't want to have a long negotiation and Sang came through with a great deal on a new Mazda3. I highly recommend using Heritage and it seems any of their sales people are great to work with. Also, Tony Kim in finance was also excellent and explained everything clearly so I didn't feel like I was lost. More
