Rudy was responsive and a pleasure to work with for our seventh car mpurchase from Heritage Mazda Towson. The finance person,, Ben was less than cooperative and I give him a 0 star out of five. I was told by Dave the General Manager, when I called to voice my displeasure about Ben, that he (Dave) wanted to make it right with us and to give him three hours to do so. That was two weeks ago and I’ve yet to hear from the General Manager. The Service Department was outstanding when I brought the car into get a dent removed and I would work with them in a heartbeat. Rudy and Service Department were 10/10, Ben (Finance Guy) 0/10 and Dave the General Manager is a 6/10. More
