After being turned down at other car dealers I came here to Russel Mazda. Jorge was cool. He let me test drive the car I wanted and even got me through finance. With Jorge and Janelle with me I got appro to Russel Mazda. Jorge was cool. He let me test drive the car I wanted and even got me through finance. With Jorge and Janelle with me I got approved and knocked off a few bucks. These guys are great! Can't wait to put my system in this thing! More

Bryan at Russell Mazda has made me feel young again. I bought my dream car (The Miata). The financing department is wonderful. I was able to extend the warranty and keep the price the same. They got me i bought my dream car (The Miata). The financing department is wonderful. I was able to extend the warranty and keep the price the same. They got me in and out within a reasonable time which was also great because I had my granddaughter with me. More

Russell Mazda of Clearwater, Florida was absolutely the worst dealership I have ever done business with. Be prepared to bring your car back at least three or four times for even the simplist maintenance j worst dealership I have ever done business with. Be prepared to bring your car back at least three or four times for even the simplist maintenance job. Their Service Department technicians are amateur at best, and their Department Manager is just outright rude. Clearly they do not test drive vehicles before they return them to customers, or worse yet, they're running a bait and switch operation. My suggestion is to stay clear of this dealership. There are too many other honest dealerships out there... Honestly, this is a shady operation. More
