Jake Lawson gave me an internet price on a Mazda Tribute. We drove one, liked it and were considering buying it but then we went back and forth on what color we wanted. He was very patient while we decided even though the dealership was getting busy. We ended up changing our color choice and he gladly filled the gas tank on another car so we could test drive the one we were considering buying. We eventually made an offer slightly below the internet price and it was accepted without any of the back and forth that you get at a lot of dealers. The buying experience was so relaxed and low key that we ended up buying the Tribute even though I was really not planning on getting one that day. If you want good buying experience, I would recommend Jake Lawson at Russel Mazda. More

It is because of the great experience that I had when I bought my Mazda there in 2009 that I will return to Russel Mazda for my next vehicle. Russell Mazda of Clearwater, Florida was absolutely the worst dealership I have ever done business with. Be prepared to bring your car back at least three or four times for even the simplist maintenance j worst dealership I have ever done business with. Their Service Department technicians are amateur at best, and their Department Manager is just outright rude. Clearly they do not test drive vehicles before they return them to customers, or worse yet, they're running a bait and switch operation. My suggestion is to stay clear of this dealership. There are too many other honest dealerships out there... Honestly, this is a shady operation. More
