Great dealership experience! I was in the market for a new vehicle. I visited MileOne, Russell's Mazda in Catonsville, Maryland. Overall it was a stellar experience, from my Sales I was in the market for a new vehicle. I visited MileOne, Russell's Mazda in Catonsville, Maryland. Overall it was a stellar experience, from my Saleswoman, Patrice, the Sales Manager, Jeff and the Finance Manager, Sam. It didn't seem like a typical sales process simply because I never felt pressured. Patrice and Jeff not only educated me on the best deal possible but we're also surprisingly honest regarding the risks I would be taking. It was also not dreadfully long. I was in and out within 2 hours. On my way out the General Manager, Scott Feinstein personally thanked me for my business, shook my hand and walked me to my new car and saw me off. Great Customer Service I bought a new Mazda 3 for my son in December 2014 and drove 200 miles from my home in Pa to buy at Russel because they had the best prices on new Maz I bought a new Mazda 3 for my son in December 2014 and drove 200 miles from my home in Pa to buy at Russel because they had the best prices on new Mazda's anywhere in a 250 mile radius of my home. The treatment my son and I received was first class dealing with Steve Sherman and Thomas Little. They even sent us a Visa gift card to pay for the first oil change knowing that we could not drive 200 miles just for that service. Gave me what I wanted I had been test driving the Mazda 3 for a while and had decided on which model I wanted. I finally was getting around to shopping and getting price qu I had been test driving the Mazda 3 for a while and had decided on which model I wanted. I finally was getting around to shopping and getting price quotes. I had seen online that Russel Mazda had the model I was looking for so I drove up. I was greeted promptly and professionally by Julian. I told him which car I was looking for, that I was looking for quotes, and would be making a decision over the weekend (which would give me a chance to get finances set regarding a down payment). He looked up the car, verified some information, looked at a quote I had, and was able to beat the original quote by about $200.00. He also said they could probably knock another $200.00 or so off if I were ready to purchase. Although I wasn't ready to purchase, Julian did give me the original (non-purchase) quote in writing. I enjoyed working with him as he listened, didn't pressure, and gave me the vital information that I requested in order to make an informed decision once I am ready to purchase. If you are in the market for a Mazda, it is well worth taking the time to check out Russel. Their pricing is very competitive, and the people I worked with and saw were all professional. They were a breath of fresh air compared to some other dealerships. More

PURCHASE OF NEW VEHICLE I DEALT WITH MS LITTLE ON THE INTERNET ALL DAY OF MAY 28 WITH PRICING OF A 2014 MAZDA 6 SHE INDICATED THAT I WOULD NEED TO COME THAT EVENING OR ASAP B I DEALT WITH MS LITTLE ON THE INTERNET ALL DAY OF MAY 28 WITH PRICING OF A 2014 MAZDA 6 SHE INDICATED THAT I WOULD NEED TO COME THAT EVENING OR ASAP BC IT WAS SUCH A GREAT DEAL IT WOULD BE MOVING SOON. SO THAT EVENING I LEFT WORK AT 5 PM AND HEADED STRAIGHT TO RUSSEL MAZDA APPROX 1 1/2 HOURS IN TRAFFIC I WAS TOLD THAT CAR SOLD THE PREVIOUS EVENING SO I EXPLODED ON THE SALES FLOOR MY FRUSTRATIONS WITH THE ENTIRE DAY WASTED ON EMAIL. THAT'S WHEN MS LITTLE WENT AND GOT THE MGR AND HE TOLD ME HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THIS SITUATION AND GAVE ME AROUND THE SAME DEAL AS THE 2014 MAZDA 6 ON A 2015 MAZDA 6. MY SALESMAN WAS STEVE SHERMAN HE WAS WONDERFUL IN DEALING WITH MY FRUSTRATIONS AND I COULDN'T BE MORE HAPPY WITH MY NEW CAR. AS I EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT EVENING THIS IS MY THIRD MAZDA 6 PURCHASE AND IT STARTED OUT TO BE A VERY NEGATIVE PROCESS BUT TURNED INTO A PLEASANT BUYING EXPERIENCE. More
