Throughout the whole process i had faith she was gonna make everything work out for me and it did because on february 21st which so happens to be on my 25th birthday, i drove off the lot with a brand new 2015 Mazda3. Overall it was a stellar experience, from my Sales I was in the market for a new vehicle. I visited MileOne, Russell's Mazda in Catonsville, Maryland. Overall it was a stellar experience, from my Saleswoman, Patrice, the Sales Manager, Jeff and the Finance Manager, Sam. It didn't seem like a typical sales process simply because I never felt pressured. Patrice and Jeff not only educated me on the best deal possible but we're also surprisingly honest regarding the risks I would be taking. It was also not dreadfully long. I was in and out within 2 hours. On my way out the General Manager, Scott Feinstein personally thanked me for my business, shook my hand and walked me to my new car and saw me off.
