I am a first time buyer and I'm glad I decided to go with this dealership. I have shopped around multiple dealerships and out of all of them Russell Mazda was the only one that was concerned with finding the right car for me. The one thing that shocked me about this place was, they stuck to their word on get me a better rate. I came in with a pre approved loan so I wouldn't have to deal with the credit checks or the hassle of getting the best rate. They asked if they could get me a better rate or match the rate would I be interested. Normally I would've said no, but because I felt a trust in them I said yes. At the time they were only able to match my rate, so to make things go smoother I went with them. About a week later I received a call from Russell Mazda informing me that they were able to cut the rate to almost half, which lowered my payments. I already signed the paperwork and agreed to the previous deal. They could've just kept things the way they were, but instead they stuck to their word on getting me the best rate possible. I wouldn't go anywhere else, I fully recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest staff committed to helping people find the vehicle that is right for them. More

Marc Weinstein was our salesman and he was very patient while my daughter looked at a number of cars, eventually deciding on the Grand Touring.
