After saying she enjoyed driving my car for so long we decided to look at the Mazda version of an SUV, the CX-9. We went to Russel Mazda in Catonsville where we first encountered Randy Alleyne (salesman) who found us the car we would eventually buy. Randy was patient and informative and not overly aggressive to make a sale. After taking us on a test drive, Randy introduced us to Jeff Duckworth. Jeff is a Finance Manager who explained the financing options in a straight forward way that made our decision to buy easy. Overall, we were looking for a new car and we left with that and a new dealership! Thanks to Randy, Jeff and David for making the experience easy and painless..............you made the ride from Middle River worth it!!!!!!!!!! More

WONDERFUL BUYING EXPERIENCE! I had searched around for a new vehicle. I haven't bought a vehicle since 2001. I actually was looking for a totally different car than the 2015 Mazda I had searched around for a new vehicle. I haven't bought a vehicle since 2001. I actually was looking for a totally different car than the 2015 Mazda CX-5. However, I came out of the supermarket one day and saw one for the first time. I loved the style of the car and decided to search the Internet. Fortunately, I found it. The 1st time I called the dealership to find out if it was still available, I was told that it was still there and should come in to take a closer look and they would have it ready for me. Mr Steve Sherman was very polite, professional, and patient over the phone. I actually wasn't expecting to finance with the dealership at that time. However, my 1st choice was to try my banker and see what they had to offer. I was sorely disappointed! I called.Mr Steve Sherman back and explained that I was coming in and wanted to see what they had to offer me for the car. When I arrived, Mr Sherman was a very pleasant surprise, and a wonderful sales representative for the dealership! Again, I can honestly say he was very polite, patient, and not at all provocative or pushy. I truly felt blessed to have experienced purchasing my 2015 Mazda CX-5. I love my car! The whole staff was sooo polite that I felt compelled to tip them for their excellent service and accommodations that I asked for in reference to my car preferences that actually ran into them running over the actual business hours. I'm truly grateful. I would definitely recommend this car dealership experience for anyone truly looking for a kind, stress free environment while making negotiations for a new car purchase. I would also like to thank Mr Sherman, .Mr Jeff Duckworth, Mr Tony Kim, and Danny Rosenfeld for everything that they have done to make me happy, comfortable, and very, very, satisfied with my car purchase, finance deal, and best new car experience that I can honestly say that I ever had. I had purchased my CX-5 at a different dealership, but since I had recently moved across town I figured I would try out Russell since it was so close I had purchased my CX-5 at a different dealership, but since I had recently moved across town I figured I would try out Russell since it was so close to my new house. Boy, am I glad I did! Heather - my service manager, was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was made aware of service options available for my vehicle (didn't need them now, but will further down the road). The whole crew was precise and efficient; even though the place was hopping, they had me in and out in about an hour as promised. I can't imagine going anywhere else now - thanks, Russell Mazda!! More
