Something's fishy First of, let me tell you that my first experience with this dealership and getting a recall taken care of went relatively well other than the length First of, let me tell you that my first experience with this dealership and getting a recall taken care of went relatively well other than the length of time i had to be there. But this last experience?!?! Gosh! I go into get my car checked over and all of a sudden I have this BRAND NEW shiny LARGE nail in my tire, too close to be able to patch it... really?! So then i have to buy a new tire which they had to order so i had to go BACK. They called to let me know the tire was in and i asked if i needed to make an appointment and Lanise said that wasn't necessary since i already paid for the tire and it would just be a quick thing. I go this morning and i'm told that i have to wait A WHILE cause i didn't make an appointment. And this guys response to me asking why Lanise would lie to me is "i dunno, maybe cause she's coming in at 11 and isn't here to deal with it?" First of all, don't tell me one thing and then push me around and tell me I have to wait. Be consistent!!! If I didn't ask to speak with a manager, I wouldn't have stayed. She tried to be accommodating saying it should take "no longer than 30 min" but I was there for ~50 min. I appreciated her effort. But I did not appreciate that Lanise lied to me about being able to stop in and said i already paid for it and then I was told I had to pay for balancing and mounting... so yet another lie. Second of all, while I was waiting, another customer just happen to have "a nail in his tire" REALLY?!?! You're telling me that in the past 2 days, it's THAT common to have nails in your tire. I really think this dealership put the nail in my tire to make money. Something is most DEFINITELY fishy! If i could give this dealership 0 stars and write this, i would! I will NEVER be taking my vehicle back to here. More

The week I got my Mazda 6, my husband's car was hit and totaled necessitating a second purchase. After the great service given by William Hoyt purchasing my car, I felt compelled to use him to purchase my husband's CX-5. As the first time, Willam was knowledgeable, honest, helpful, and worked hard to ensure we were satisfied and comfortable with our choice without making us feel pressured at any time. I would highly recommend him to others considering a Mazda. More

He was very helpful and found us the car we were looking for. He answered all of our questions and fixed anything we needed with the car. All the while telling us countless meaningful or funny stories that made the time fly by. While waiting we were given complimentary pizza and water bottles that helped the time even more. I could tell Mr. Sherman was known to be the main man at the Dealership because other employees would even ask for his help. Mr. Sherman made the process very easy and comfortable. He said I could always contact him if there was a problem I would definitely ask for him if you are looking for a car!! More

We reviewed my options and test drove a couple I walked into Russel Mazda on a Saturday morning, I needed a car. I was introduced to Mr. Herb Thomas. We reviewed my options and test drove a couple of cars. I left to do my evaluation of 4 other dealerships. My goals were: to feel comfortable with the people that I was going to with; to see if they listened to what I said to them in terms of cost and financing; was it located in a convenient place to my home; and were they proactive in maintenance of my new investment. After my other 4 evaluations of dealerships failed terribly. I drove back to the RUSSEL MAZDA DEALERSHIP and we made the deal. There were several people who made this experience pretty much stress free. Herb, Dave, Daniel, Danny and I think Louie(who works in the service area and drove with me to get my cars first full tank of gas and he showed me how to work all of dashboard buttons), and best of all May who started the dialogue with me online.
