We settled on the Mazda CX-9 and upon reading some great reviews we decided to give Heritage Mazda at Catonsville a visit. It was a very smooth transaction with our salesman, William, and as part of our new vehicle purchase we were promised a set of all-weather floor mats for the CX-9. Unfortunately, William informed us that they didn't have any in stock at the moment, but the dealership should receive them within a week and he would give us a call to let us know. This was almost 3 months ago and we still have not received our floor mats. I called William at least a dozen times and always he had the same reply, "We still have not receive them, but they should be here soon and I'll call you." Most recently, on 11/4/2016 I called and William told me that they were finally in stock. (Note that I had to call him, he never once called me with any updates). He asked me when I would be able to come by the dealership to pick them up and I told him that I would stop by either later that that day or early the following day. William let me know that if I didn't hear back from him within the next 20 minutes, that would mean the mats are ready for me to pick up! Unfortunately I wasn't able to get out of work that day to go to the dealership, so my husband and I decided to stop by the dealership the following morning. We arrived around 10:30, and after waiting 30 minutes for William to come back from a test drive, he told us that since we hadn't come by the day before he had already given the floor mats to someone else. My jaw just dropped to the floor when I heard that!! First of all, what kind of customer services is this??? I had even called earlier in the morning to inform him that we are on our way to pick up the mats, but he never answered or responded to the message I left.. He never had the courtesy to call me that he had given the floor mats to someone else. Had I known that he was planning on giving the mats away to someone else (apparently these were the only mats in the entire dealership that they had received in the past three months that we have been waiting?!) I might have been able to get out of work to come by, but he said they following day would be fine. He never bother to call us and let us know the mats were available in the first place, I had to keep calling and asking. And when they finally arrived three months after we purchased the car, this was somehow the LAST set?! That day he told me that the dealership would be getting more in by Tuesday, 11/8/2016, and he would call me with an update, but here I am writing this review on 11/8/2016 without hearing a peep. After such a pleasant purchasing experience, the customer service has been non-existent ever since. There is no way I would ever recommend Heritage Mazda at Catonsville with how we have been treated. More

We have already recommended Heritage to everyone we know including my sister who is also a customer at Heritage! Overall the customer the service at Heritage is awesome! More
