Van needed a tune up? Im not much a "car guy" but when Old Eddie (thats what my 27 year old kid call the van) started making a loud clunk noise whenever I turned right afte Im not much a "car guy" but when Old Eddie (thats what my 27 year old kid call the van) started making a loud clunk noise whenever I turned right after my kid borrowed it for one of her rock n roll shows, needed some work, I did some internet searches and came up with Heritage Mazda. It was on the way to work, and since my wife left me 8 years ago for my manager at the Safeway, I didnt really have a ride. So I had to drop it off on my way to work. I work the night shift, because I cant stand to look at that jerk Dennis anymore, so I dropped it off at night and they felt great, and safe knowing Old Eddie would be in their safe parking lot over night! The next day, while I am organizing my picture of mailboxes from around Baltimore, I got a call from Phillip. He told me it was the authority arm, and I had damaged some of the bushes would need to be replaced. Now I dont know a lot about cars, but Phillip sounded like he knew what was going on and if he thought thats what would keep Old Eddie running, then by golly lets do it. Everything was done by the next day, and since my hours had been cut (thanks Dennis), I had my daughters new line in boyfriend drive me up there to pick it up, hey at least this guys got a scooter! The mechanic did a great job and now Old Eddie handles just fine. My daughter and her "friend" are using to get their "gear" for their band "The Shirley Chrisholms" to a show at an art space on North Avenue this weekend! Go see em! More
great service!! I took my Miata to have a regular tune up. Went in for plugs, oil change and so on and so forth. Phil my adviser really took the time to sit down and make me comfortable with the repair and explain in great detail why it was important. I have taken my car other dealers and did not get the same kind of service i did here. More

Great Service I brought my Mazda 3 in for the scheduled 50K service. I had just been going to Jiffy Lube for regular oil changes. Philip, the service advisor, helped me prioritize what needed to be done right away and what things I could kick down the road for my next service. We felt like we had been lied to several times, both in person and in writing, and ended up walking out. More
