We went last week to test drive and he was able to answer all of our questions without be I purchased a CX-5 earlier this week through Steve Sherman. We went last week to test drive and he was able to answer all of our questions without being pushy. I had in mind the model and color configurations that I wanted and he was able to get it from another dealer that they're associated with without any pressure. We dealt with Alex throughout the financing part of the purchase and he was also great to work with, telling us about the various options that we could purchase without making us feel as though we had to do it. Although there are closer Mazda dealers to my home and work, I would definitely go back to Heritage Mazda of Catonsville the next time we're ready to purchase another vehicle. More
